Labor Doula Services
Bi-weekly check-in’s- During this time we will discuss your progress as well as your concerns. Via phone, video chat or in person Midway through your pregnancy we will discuss things to implement into your daily routine. Exercises, affirmations, teas etc. We will have a minimum of 3-4 visits in person meetings where you will be informed on ways to cope with pain, body positioning to provide comfort, breathing techniques etc. You will be provided with information to be educated along the way. I will be present for your labor and birth. You will receive a MAMA Tote with everything you need for your birth experience. One-Two weeks following your birth you will receive a post-partum visit, to ensure your wellbeing.

Virtual Labor Services and CBE Classes
In addition to labor doula services, you will receive 3 Classes that provide in depth education on the birthing and delivery process, as well as the postpartum and basic infant care. If your hospital is not allowing doulas, or you would prefer only your support person during your labor. We would have already met several times to get you and your support person physically and mentally prepared. However, on the big day I will be available virtually to assist in any way possible

Postpartum Services Only
These services will begin after you leave the hospital. We would work together to create a care plan for you and your baby. This is at an hourly rate range from $45- $55/hr.
Labor Doula Services and Postpartum Services
In addition to the above-mentioned labor doula services, you will also receive 25 hours of postpartum care. This allows you to get to work during the day or enjoy a night of sleep. Each family is different so care will be tailored to your specific needs.

Photography Services
Labor doula and Maternity Photography
In addition to the above-mentioned labor doula services, you would get maternity session. There is no better way to commemorate your pregnancy than a beautiful session capturing a priceless moment.

Labor, Postpartum Plus All Photography Services
This is an all-inclusive package that allows you to have all that you desire. You have your labor doula, postpartum care and photos that capture intimate and priceless moments along the way.
